At liamd1fit, programs are centered around compound exercises which have maximal utilization of the body's muscles. This type of programming trains explosiveness and coordination, which is much more functional and time-efficient than typical workout programs.

Heavy lifts are supported by accessory movements used commonly in physical therapy for injury prevention, rehabilitation, longevity, and balance.

Weights, sets, reps, and rest times are calculated to your current ability and bodyweight, and based off of Olympic meta-analyses.
